In my opinion, the 3rd row of Wario sprites looks the best.
The fourth row looks the best to me.

Can you spot the differences between my old custom Wario sprite and my new custom Wario sprite?

He has shorts sleeves and the shoes look more accurate. You also used gray pixels to outline his teeth instead of black (which looks better IMO). Any reason why you used two shades of yellow instead of three like in the old sprite?

It's because of palette limitations.

Notice how my new custom Wario sprite looks different than my new custom Wario sprite yesterday?
The shape of it looks fine, but the shading looks a little off compared to your sprites of other enemies like Spiny. Other than that, it's a good start.
Here's what my custom Mario enemy thumbnail looked like:

The thumbnail itself was created in January 27, 2021.
Buzzy Beetle's shading looks much better now.
Made a custom sprite of a Cheep Cheep. It is in this sheet here:

What do you think?
Sheet is finalized. Time to submit.
Updated my custom Cheep Cheep sprite. My custom "Mario" enemy spritesheet is also updated to reflect that:
