The VG Resource

Hey all, I'm unsure on whether this background of Tobal 2 should be uploaded to Spriters Resource or the Texture Resource. If I could get someone's take on which one it would belong to I'd appreciate it

A texture is wrapped around a 3D model and changes its perspective when you move around it. A sprite or in this case, a background remains static no matter what you do. Sometimes you can zoom into them, but this is pretty much it.

The file from your link is a stage background and belongs to the Spriters Resource.
