Indeed that piano scared the hell outta me, but King Bob-omb was my greatest fear back then... :l
Super Mario Bros. for the NES, or Duck Hunt. We had the combo cartridge; I can't remember which I played first. I do remember sucking at Duck Hunt, though. That light gun didn't work for shit.
I think it was Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt. Not sure though.

Lol, I know it's a pretty big difference, but I got all the systems around the same time, and I actually think it was Super Mario Bros. because I remember playing in my basement when I was like 5, and then when I played Duck Hunt I was putting the gun right up to the screen. Lmao.
Pretty sure my first game was SMB 2.
