All I can think of when I see that first image is 'Samus with no brim' XD
Very cool! Game has only been out for a few days, and it's already being poked on.
I make art for a metroid mod series regarding an entirely different game, which I can link if anyone is interested. Naturally, I want to include Dread too. There's wayyyyyyyyyy too much I would want to request, so I'm curious; is the process for extracting ready to go for pretty much anyone that wants to do it? What about skeletons for models?
As for requesting right now... perhaps including Silent Robe, a few more enemies, and a couple items (i.e. energy tanks) might further show the capabilities of your process?
Can you post the base color textures too? I all see in here are the normal, spec etc maps.
Took more looks at the model, but cannot seem to get textures to work. Some meshes don't have anything assigned to them. Can you explain how to get these to work in either Blender, or Noesis?

The base color maps are the ones marked BC. For some reason they decided to make the alpha channel the emission.

This is my node setup, though it could be wrong. This is also Samus's node setup, the other models may have a different means of shading.
You're missing the proper colour maps in the folders.
It works fine in Blender (where the textures seem to show up anyway somehow as long as I map them right?), but not in any software I port the models to after that
Would it be possible to get the Morph Balls in there, too? Just out of curiosity.
Any chance of getting the final suit upgrade from the game? I'm sure you know the one, but no spoilers.
