Does anyone round these parts have information about how to extract and rip PKG and PKG_MANIFEST files from Super Giant Games' most recent game Hades?
I found puggsoy's Bastion PKG ripper, but from everything I can find later games (including Hades) use a different PKG format. Unfortunately, his link to the original PkgUtil is dead, and I haven't had any luck tracking that project down elsewhere.
I figure someone must have gotten into the files at some point, because there are portraits for Hades uploaded to Spriters Resource, but searching these forums (and Google) hasn't gotten me anywhere so far, aside from a few unanswered reddis posts (hopefully this post won't join that list... )
Thank you in advance for any pointers you can provide! I haven't done any sprite ripping before; the images I'm most interested in are the cute little chibi versions of the characters that show up when you max out your affection with them (which I could harvest low-quality versions via screenshot and some annoying Photoshop cleanup), but I'd love to do things right and go straight to the source, if at all possible, and I'm having a hard time figuring out where to start for peeking into the PKG files where the image assets all seem to be living.
