I can't find a list of the stubbed pages, so I could need some help on which game page does not have a lot of sheets. I am willing to contribute more in TSR. Thanks in advance!

Stubbed pages means that it needs work, to dumb it down.
Stubbed pages? Sounds like something that you get from a wiki...
To put it lightly, creating a list is like trying to climb a mountain. There are a lot of games where the minimum is done, writing a list would easily end up having 100-1000s worth of games and the majority of these are classic games, said list would also change over time (more games with one rip or a game that had one rip suddenly having more, that could happen within a day). It is way too much for one person to do.
Sometimes there is a reason why there's only one rip or a few rips. Maybe everything in the game is on one sheet like most early games... Maybe the game is hard to rip, emulate or get working... Maybe the game is in a different language that the ripper can't understand and get very far with no translations (a fair amount of Japanese games)... Maybe it is for a ripping project and the interest died out... Maybe that one sheet is what the ripper wanted to do...
Even on games that have a good amount of rips, some of them need sorting out and have been requested for years for a clean up (Super Metroid and Yoshi's Island being the two that come to mind) but also requires someone who knows the games well. Some of these rips are also close to 20 years old where they might be missing sprites, having the wrong palette, not organised very well or even not ripped properly.
Personally if you want to help, then try ripping games that either interest you or feel like something that you can do. Looking around, you're more into modern gaming and that's more easier to find complete rips or at least have a good chunk of it ripped. The only games that I can think of OTTOMH are
Skullgirls 2nd Encore (may have to compare the sprites with the other versions but surely there's more DLC characters and graphical updates to this version?) and the likes of the Diner Dash games. If you do want to do retro games though, would do a more detailed stubbed games list but would also mention the difficulties as well.

Alright, thanks for the suggestion!
