Howdy there! 
im trying to decompile and data-mine models for a game that is called "PAC-MAN party royale"
a mobile game released for apple arcade by NAMCO around 2021
i am unsure of how i could read or view these files due to not finding what engine the game runs on
i was wondering if someone has any knowledge of how to decompile .drc or any of the files seen here
it is NOT a type of music file! VLC media player does not work if trying to play them
if someone could point me to the right path such as if theres a program or a blender plug-in to view these files?
here is an example of how they are layed out using the "ghostblinky" folder as an example

the "Ghost" folder also includes files such as .vis, .skl, and .ani for visual, skeletons, and animations respectively
