Hello everyone.

The past week I was feeling the need to do some research on N64 style graphics, after having a bit of a nostalgia fest on some speed running for various N64 titles (I also do indie game dev with UE5, so the whole thing spawned from wanting to make a small N64 demo with UE5), and I thought "What's stopping me from making N64 style game with UE5?" so my slow brain took all this time to realize nothing's really stopping me, so begun some research on the aesthetics.

I previous ripped some stuff with NEMU some years ago, and the past week I was thinking about Body Harvest and thought the vehicles would be neat to rip and what not, to get a feel for that N64 aesthetics, I wondered also, what new tech is out to rip models?, so I went looking for body harvest models and found nothing, nothing on this site, that's strange I thought, so I went and attempted to rip some stuff last night and Lemmys NEMU plugin is dated and crashes project 64, 1964 just runs horribly, so, long story short, I was able to hunt down a build of Muppen64 and with an extractor that I can hit a button to dump off the data, this is great because I don't need to clean the .wrl files, it's a straight dump (I don't have links, I'm currently at work).

Then I was forced to used blender (Due to the importer only being written for blender) and fiddle with that for a bit, in the end I was able to get some result (Pic related), but the mesh is built with overlaps and what not, I'm going to attempt to clean up the mesh, characters, vehicles and what ever else is interesting.

I also see that there's no real goldeneye characters either, so now I'm here after going down a damn rabbit hole (a good rabbit hole mind you), so I'll do some research on requirements to submit models and start posting, it's helping me learn blender which I have to do anyway (Swapping from 3DS max to blender finally), so in honor of my cherished games and my current interest, I'll help out even for a brief moment, I want to do an up to date tutorial for extraction (It was a nightmare finding one that didn't use project64 since I had an issue with some compiler issue on v2.1, v2.2 and v3) too.

Attached is a quick import I was doing last night, body harvest was probably a tough game to start with due to it having some known bugs in the game itself, but that's alright, looks to be a whole bunch of work before anything will be of use to submit.
