Hello! I was curious if there was a way to download "pending" models from The Models Resource? I understand that they may be broken and/or not work fully right, but I'm willing to accept that if it means being able to access models.

Being able to download pending submissions would defeat the entire purpose of having a submission queue to begin with, and won't be happening. The queue exists so that submissions can be reviewed properly to make sure they're not broken, incomplete or have malicious/offensive content included (yes, the latter of those has happened a few times already). If the submitters wish to post their rips in one of the sections here on the forums, then they can do so via attachments, otherwise you need to wait just like everyone else.
