There's still testing and adjustments to be made to the new site, so it's going to be awhile yet.

Also yay for NPCs! The site's really lacking on them.
Oh, so maybe a few weeks or months? Then it should be enough time to wrap this project up:
More npcs and better organization.
Some npcs use offsets for their 8x8 tiles, so I can't be too sure that I have them correctly arranged.
They will need some ingame rips with sprite viewer, either by encountering them within gameplay or by using debug mode.
Next I will check out the debug mode, Antagonists get their own sheet.
I thought the water and wind shamans had special sprites for when they merged.... am I just remembering wrong?
They do, I just didn't put them on the sheet since the tile rips for the poses are not really correct (fire, water, wind use the same sprites except the palette).
This is why I need to check tile viewer, ingame and debug mode.

Edit:
It's also very interesting that every npc with an offset in its tiles is in debug mode, while the regular built npcs are just absent.
I guess the simpler npcs didn't need that much testing.
Now that I've collected enough npcs, I will now try to organize them and rip the missing stuff on the way.
Should be the last update before completion.

Missing NPCs from:
- Dologany (present & past)
- Windia + Windia Castle
- Hometown (Magic School)
- Joker Cave (Mt. Rocko)

Checking:
- boy palette in Memory Town
- prisoners in Bando (palette)
- boy & girl palette in past Dologany
- extra sprites for Mina (Great Bird cutscene)
- dry well in Capitan

Erased Torubo & Tiga from the sheet, since I want to make a sheet with all enemies & bosses.
Okay, one last WIP.

Checked everything, wing clan members need some recolours to add missing frames, but otherwise it's complete.

I was also sure that the Namanda residents had a version with grey clothes, but I can't find it anywhere in the game.
Maybe I'm missing an event or location? Or just my memories betraying me, I don't know.
Damn, this took a lot of time.
Anyway, NPCs are done.

What's next? Enemies & Bosses, also animals.

Thanks, I'm always trying to get the essentials of each major project done.
But sometimes it's either too much or existing rips are good enough or me just wanting to move on and maybe come back later.
And another time I'm not too interested. Like Albert Odyssey 1 & 2 , which both don't have a translation going for them.

Also found Kuwadora's unused overworld sprite. Ingame, he doesn't transform at all.
Maybe because the devs decided to have him activate a mechanism after the fight (for which he has to move).
Ohhhh that's a cool find!
