Just looking through Bowser's attacks, any idea why the Shy Guys are pink?
Hm, there are a few things that make me scratch my head.
1. Are the flame projectiles all supposed to be the exact same thing on 0122 and 0136? Because I can't see any differences between the frames.
2. Looks like there's been a pileup of sprites on the last lines of sheets 0015, 0081, 0086, 0093 and 0094.
3. Huuuuuuuuuge amount of blank space on the right sides of a few of the sheets, namely 0014, 0050 and 0064.
4. I know that's the way the sprites were exported, but the dozen "dummy" box lines on the inflated Luigi sprites should probably be removed as they're redundant.
5. Bowser has a miscoloured arm on 0133's last sprite.
Other than that, awesome job.
So after a quick glance-over, I can confidently say that I'll be able to arrange Bowser's sheets, and easily add shadows to the battle sprites to boot. As I noted earlier they're all arranged perfectly on bounding boxes, so it's just a matter of copy-paste.
I'm assuming the same can be done for anything else ripped from the game, so just keep the bounding boxes and don't crop.
By the way, Greiga Master, I love you forever for ripping the extra stuff on the battle, namely Bowser's fire. I've needed that for a while now.
Not to sound needy or impatient, I'm just wondering: Do you have plans to extract the rest of the missing graphics and effects from this game? If not, it might be wise to post some sort of instructions and hand it off to others here. It's understandable that you think it would be hard to grasp since you created it, but at the same time there are smart people here and it's worth it. We'll figure it out if we have to
Er... can we have a version with and without shadows?
We can just use opaque backgrounds and a darker color for the shadows and you can get rid of them in Paint easily, just like the sheets already on the site.
I've already put shadows on one set of sprites (duplicate frames and shadows will be removed later):

... unless you'd prefer transparency. Then we'll need either two versions, or to decide which to put on the archive.
Oh. For some reason I was thinking it would interfere with the outline. Disregard! Carry on!

Wait, does this mean that everything could be ripped from BiS, and more?
Also, can I have an opinion on the toad I ripped?, is it good?
That second one looks like a dark mechafawful painted to look like the regular one.
Oh my goodness, this is really amazing. I should get cracking on Mario then. I'll wait until Ridge has done the shadows on Mario Battle, but I'll already start on the overworld.
Also is anyone planning to do Luigi? Because if not I'll be able to mentally plan to do it.
I should probably start updating the first post and say who's claimed what. So far I have Ridge claiming Bowser and Puggsoy claiming Mario. Who ever plans on claiming anything else, say it now.
And, Greiga Master, is there anything that we already have on the site that needs to be re-ripped you think?
