Those sprites are only seen on the Bowser's Special Attack with Blodog.
There are also some other sprites of Blodog that are only seen on that special attack as well, though I didn't get a chance to get some of them.
EDIT: Beaten xD

This is confusing @_@

Blodog is a boss. But Bowser has a special attack that uses Blodog. Do you understand now? :/
Out of curiosity, will the names and icons be changed when the English names are known?

Depends.
Not "depends." Absolutely.
If you wanted to get the arms and legs of the Fawful Bug, you might want to consider tile ripping them because you won't be able to get them any other way. :/
As for the eye being covered, there may be a way around that just involves copy pasting.
Actually I thought the arms and legs of the Fawful Bug were 3-D models. Otherwise they'd actually be rip-able and not randomly generated patterns.
OK, I think I have everything saved. Just to clarify, are the versions in this topic the final versions of Brirose, Dark Bowser, and Dark Fawful?
Dark Bowser lacks overworld, Dark Fawful lacks battle. I dunno about Brirose though.
Brirose has "battle" sprites.
And I think I forgot some other overworld sprites of Dark Fawful... I'll have to check later.
Ok. I'll hold off on those then.

Actually they're textures and can be ripped. Refer to my The Creature sheet for Portrait of Ruin. The electricity he shoots from his hands are the exact same effect and I was able to rip them using TiledGGD (you can use regular GGD also).
Also, sprites that resize and rotate shouldn't be counted as extra poses for a sprite since it's just a single sprite being manipulated by an ingame effect.
