What? ... Sorry, but those won't work. At all.
It looks as if you've resized these in JPG or something. Make sure you've got clean images and whatnot.
Also, don't save anything as BMP -- it's a space waster. Save as PNG type instead.

... How DID you get these, anyway? I see a weird border on it, doesn't look like you ripped these...
But, it doesn't matter anyway, they're incorrect because you don't have full sprites.
