The arms on the side pose should be moved a little bit more to his side. It's hard to explain. If you're still having trouble with it, just tell me and I'll try to make it.
Loving how it's coming out so far though. And look at that, you're already starting on the diagonal! Amazing.

Good, but his side arm should be even with his body, because otherwise he looks like he's running in a weird postiion.

The Side poses knees look a little too bent, but his arm looks good. The diagonal pose looks a little skinny...

Now that I think of it, it looks more like the legs are messed up.

On diagonal pose, I think he head needs to be a little more forward.

I tried to fix it. If it's still not right it should look at least something like this.

That's better but now it looks as if the arm is protruding from the neck, and it makes it look a tad too short.

The shoulder could stand to be lower. He also looks...scrunched together?

The main thing I notice is his lack of neck, it makes him look weird.
