It aint really official, its just there because of all the characters who will have those pallets, if I am saying it right...and we can add on colors to it to by the way so yeah...

That palette is for people who can't find good colours themselfs

Because it's way less interesting and not as memorable.

I personally think that we shouldn't use a differant hair color for Green/blue bowser.

one more thing they need scales. It will make more sense for a reptilian ''demon'' king.
