Yeah, I know it's p. twitchy. I just think it looks odd without a bit of head movement.

Exactly. Somebody'll need to touch up the head anim. It needs more bobbing (nose leaning forward)
Ah, I see what you all are getting at. But sorry, it never moves like that in any of Yoshi's appearances (no, not Brawl either), so I'll be keeping it how I had it. As for the mouth it's as smooth as it's going to get.
Besides I'd like to move on to other animations, the idle has taken up enough of my time and it's fine anyway; I'm not going to add movement when it's unnecessary.
I love the animation. I think it's the best animation thus far for the Smash Bros. Project.
You rock, sir.
Mutantyoshi recently made a new Yoshi, and I decided to fix up a few things. Made the shading on the nose smoother, and minor edits edits in various places.
New is on the right.
I like the one on the left better.
the backlight on the bottom of the nose looks out of place but otherwise that looks much better

Removed the lighting on the bottom of the nose,
I think you should also do away with the dark grey at the top left of his cheek.
i think its good, but either shorten the tail, or make the shell longer, because he doesn't have that long of a tail, unless he is doing some sort of tail attack.
I disagree. I think it's a pretty good length.
The one on the left really looks much better. It's not like Yoshi's nose is a block. In fact, the shading is really blocky in several places in your edit. Also, the left one's white areas look better, too; it looks less unnatural where around the mouth and where the green meets the white.
What do you think of this?
tell me if there is anything wrong.
Is that based off the original one, or is from the palette topic? (referring to Yoshi's colors...) I did change Yoshi's colors a tiny bit in the palette topic.
