I think that twilight's ganondorf is less caricatured than ocarina's one, plus he has a better design. Ocarina's ganon fits better as an alternate costume than the main one and it will be weird letting the twilight one as an alt, since it's the most recent.
in ocarina he has a colourful but cool looking armour thing which is detailed and creative and shit. in wind waker he has a simple, but effective design with the badass longcoat and he has the coolest swords. in TP he has a bland black armour, stupid corn row things, a generic broadsword, and looks like a fat general who wouldn't come close to a battle. and also, from an artistic standpoint, the cape totally ruins his silhouette.
Creative but not cool or effective.
His boots are covered in Gauze, his nose to prolonged, His Figure is too unrealistic, he looks less like a Demonic Entity and more like a Medieval Gangster. Black Armor is realistic efficant and makes him seem like a Strong but Sneaky type. (it was mercanary design.) Broadswords that are overly decorated are ussually useless by the way.
his nose is prolonged because he's a gerudo, his figure is just a really tall, muscular guy, black armour is completely inefficient, imagine how fucking hot you would get. also i'm pretty sure you pulled the mercenary thing out of your ass. anyway, who gives a fuck about realism, this is the legend of zelda. i don't really care if broadswords are more realistic, every fucking sword user in smash bros has one, it would be nice to see someone with something a bit heavier.
Ganondorf uses a Claymore with broadsword style (Triforce of power thus doesn't need muscle) and his nose is ugly. I like him better as the god than the Gerudo. I'm not making it oracles style, maybe raid might but I can't speak for him.

And also Gabranth would like to talk to you. :V
In all seriousness, I don't think it matters. Besides, even if we do go with his TP design, we can put the OoT design as his alternate costume. Or vice versa. Both parties win.
i was responding to his saying that the black armour is more efficient, then saying that it doesn't really matter anyway and the one that looks better is more important. and anyway, considering the rate of progress and how little of a fuck any given contributor gives, it'll be a miracle if this project gets even close to done, i wouldn't hold my breath for alt costumes.
LOL yep that's the spirit fish
Looking much better, guys!
Like ussual I had stupid ideas and decide may as well post em.
The Dark Aura part is purposly pillow-shaded to seem almost like fire. The Extra Details are just useless details that don't matter but I still wanted to see if it made it better.
On both aditional ideas I changed the Head size a pixel or two.

I like Nolon's pallete the best. While it is bright, it seems to fit ganondorf well.

Come to think of this we should settle this by popular demand.
So cansomeone please put up a poll to design the color scheme
Nolon's (Mine)
Raid's
Original (IDK who did it)
I fixed what looked like to me, a broken leg.
Made the face look more towards the screen. (Can be reverted)
I like the older head better. but I do like your leg update.
Thanks, his legs was bothering me to. Now he only needs a cape.
Also, I'm glad to see your efforts with ganondorf nolon, and i think that the dark aura palette are worth, but in brawl the aura effects looks like a bunch of smoke purple petals instead of an type of dark fluid.
For the ganon's weird tiara, I think we can hide or let it be less notable, since it's too thin.
