The shading is incredibly flat. There's no identification that there are objects. There needs to be drop shadows where the body is being covered. Something about the palette really bugs me. The hammer's shading needs a lot of work. It looks like you tried to add texture and it doesn't cooperate with the rest of the sprite. Try less texture or none at all.

The two dark vertical seams look a bit off, but it's much better.
they are, but I thought it would look odd if it was the same. Feel free to fix it if needed
The hammer is great, but something is off. The handle seems like it has too much contrast with DeDeDe himself. That's about it, though. Great job.
The handle is probably the only thing that needs fixing, black doesn't look to hot contrasted with colored shading.

now it looks even flatter. I dont even see a change with the one before mine
No offence, but I think baegal's looks better, its just those two dark vertical lines that kinda bug me.... (on Baegal's)

Why is that we can have such an awsome Dedede, but such a bad hammer?
