You're going in the right direction, but there's too much shading in comparison to the other sprites.

I made a small edit because it didn't look like Lucario to me
I am still trying to create a decent palette

So you crushed his nose in? Lucario has a pretty long nose... muzzle... thing.

I slightly edited every thing and the nose was an accident lol

Am I the only one who thinks that even with all the "guidance" he's getting, this sprite still looks absolutely nothing like the style?

Ok i will start from scratch concentrating mainly on the style

Maybe? Not done clearly. Needs new colors of course, a little more sprucing up. Redo the legs, they are bleh.

I was told this whole project was also a means of improving your own skills in spriting. If you don't allow others to improve their ability through such practice, the project cannot be done. I doubt the three or four actual professional spriters here are going to do everything, eh?
Also, I prefer Raid's pallet. Those.. darker colours just looked more eye-pleasing. This one is far too dull, I think. Or is it just me?
Though I hate to sound like an ass, I think the old pose was fine. This one doesn't make much sense, with the whole lower body facing the opposite direction thing. I thought we were avoiding that in regards to the "quick action" gameplay Smash Bros. has?
Sometimes simple is best, y'know?

My favourite so far is Red Reaper's.
Also, Tarvonas, this body is actually 1/2, if you look close enough, whoch makes no sense whatsoever. Seriously, nin, yours looks so off. The body is attatched sidewards, the arms are behind the body, and everything else looks nothing like what we are after. Please try again.

I still like VP's colors, at least for the yellow/white area. The yellows give him a bit more of a warm-ish look, and contrast with his blues. As for the blues, I like Raid's, but I agree that his has a bit too much shade.
Really, what we need in this topic is one of the style references. Let's see him next to one of the other characters who is definitely in style.
@The First Omega, I think you may be misreading the pose. His body seems to be facing towards the screen, with one arm extended towards the enemy, the other in front of his chest, palm facing upwards. It looks a bit less static than the other one, but it is somewhat confusing.

As you requested, sire

Here's a better style reference put together by the guy who made the reference.

The position of the feet looks pretty strange.
