This. Almost looks like a sideways watermelon. Perhaps you should take a look at some of the other posts to find that his jaw shortness needs to be fixed. Yours looks pretty eliptical.

Ugly. The face seems too stretched out and his nose looks ridiculous
Still really squished.
And why are his left and right legs on the same foreground line?
I believe I have it now.

His face. He looks *so* happy now! ^o^

... Yeah, that doesn't work. Maybe shrink his eyes a tiny bit. Refer to one of the earlier Marth sprites for a good eye size.
better?

A bit better, yes, though he still doesn't quite look as mean as he usually does.

Here a few edits to make him look a bit more fierce, as well as a few different edits to the face in an attempt to make him look even more like Snake.

my fav is 3 so far the rest reminds me of chuck norris
Exactly what I was thinking. Pull his eye forward a pixel.
Wow, so much work going on here to Snake, I like this!!! Big Grin
I think his chin should be squarer.
3 is definitely looking best to me. The eyes are bolder, but smaller. Nice. *No intentional rhymes there - Seriously*

And I really don't think the chin needs to be more square. I'm comparing the sprite to a picture of him in Brawl, and the head shape (especially around the chin) is fine.

Those eyes are staring at me through the computer on four. D :
I still think three is good, but you should incorporate the 'not having a perfect circle on the top of your head' idea to three.
