His whole head needs work on. There's something that bothers me about his head.

id probably space out the eyes more, theyre not readable at all. and the mouth area seems a bit to big too, probably whats causing the head to look so small.

I didn't know Sonic's spikes were all glued to his head...

Sonic is crosseyed and looking upwards in your sprite. You need to fix that.

Sonic looks fat in this sheet.
