timeman in 8-bit style

Too many colors to be 8-bit and it's obviously an edit of Megaman.

If you going to make a 8-bit rather as make costum its very easy have like 2 colors max.
4 colours, being 1 transparency.
And Megaman uses layers and can break the "4 colors per sprite" rule. If you look at Megaman himself, theres 2 blues, white, black, and a skin color.

i usually fear spriting like that because of probable technical issues.

Why is megaman wearing a yellow bra on his head?
If you look at any Megaman boss, none of them has the same build as Megaman, himself. Why would Time Man have the same build? You're better off making a custom than an edit.

No they don't. Similar sizes, maybe, but not the same build.
