Are these customs? If so, they' re not supposed to be here. Move them to the Sprite discussion instead. And welcome to the community:-)

that ash is pretty good. At least, the top-left one. I don't really care/know whatever he looks like by now.

Why does it look like these screenshots of textures have that outdated LCD screen emulation.

The colours are incorrect - you should have changed the setting on your No$GBA emulator to "VGA Poppy Bright" colour setting.

This is also custom work, which is not directly submittable, please post sheets that you've made (i.e. not ripped) on the Sprite Discussion board. If the sheet is up to standard, it'll be moved and submitted by the staff.

what colours must I put? you can give me an example so that I see how can I change?

I'm hazarding a guess that you're emulating DPPt using No$GBA, right? Well, if you are, you can adjust the settings so colours display correctly. This is done by going to the Emulation Options from the toolbar. I can't remember the specific name of it, but there's a dropdown that lets you adjust the colours of the emulation. Change that dropdown to VGA Poppy Bright.

It's not hard, but you need to look for it a little. Upon doing so, try playing Pokemon again. You'll notice the colours are much brighter than the ones in the sprites you've ripped. Those are the correct colours.

Obviously since we don't visit every corner of the internet, this makes us blind. Can you link to a specific piece he stole, because I can't find any thing that is exactly the same.

I don't care about the tileset, and Neox not everyone goes to freakin deviantart. The sprite of ash isn't that good, the form is correct, but the pixel placement and color are done very poorly, some of the hair and clothing colors stick out too much and throws it out of style.

in fact I have no emulation, me screenshot of resolutions takes the different to change them to insert them into my tilset to use it on rpg maker to make maps and not game.

To answer Neox everything is not of kimotonian. All houses were to ameliorate by me on his foundation. Everything trees are retranscribe those of platinum by me especially.

Certain barriers as well as mountains, certain statues, and volcanic stones were to créér by me. I ameliorated the boat and certain staircases. However I confess that the style of colour of Kimotonian is great. It is for it that I copied it most at the level of shade. Therefore Mozzy will not be able found a room really to copy as it is (bets apart can be limp her in letters).

Otherwise Anubis, could had show me what colour I could adapt in ash?

Well if it's not a rip, we can't really use it. Other people have submitted 2D representations of DPP tilesets anyway.
