The blue hair is kinda stupid but it looks awesome otherwise.

They claim that Doc will return as well!

It's been heavily hinted that Super Macho Man will make an appearance as well.

Bike scene is back. New character from the coverart is named Disco Kid.

My theory is that the video shows the full minor circuit roster. That would also make it everyone featured on the boxart. I'm guessing King Hippo is the new minor circuit champion.

Last week, it was also revealed that there is a multiplayer "head to head" mode, and only 13 boxers. I'm guessing it's four boxers in three circuits, plus a "Dream Fight". Don Flamenco has also been confirmed.

Thank you for posting the new trailer

Punch Out!! is one of the only games on the NES I can play for over 2 hours and not get bored of. The game is just constructed so well. Play control is responsive, graphics are WAY ahead of its time, and it's still humorous. With this Wii Remake, it looks like they're trying to perfect that game. Gorgeous 3-D graphics and cut scenes, along with classic Punch Out!! control...I don't see how this game can be considered bad.

Then again, I also said that about Wario Land: Shake It. Mediocre Experience is Mediocre.

Either or, Punch Out!! and Excitebots should rewind interest in Wii for a bit. Now, if we can hear back from the Star Fox team...

That looks really awesome and nostalgic. The song is superb as well; I could listen to it all day.

This is going to be pretty kickass if you ask me.

According to Wikipedia, Bald Bull, Don Flamenco, Great Tiger, Mr. Sandman, Pison Honda, Super Macho Man, and Soda Popinski are in. That, in combination with Von Kaiser, King Hippo, Glass Joe, and Disco Kid makes 11 people. So with 13 boxer to go against, that leaves 2 spaces for new characters. I also heard a rumor that you can fight Doc Louis.
