I meant flip the image like a mirror one side goes to the other side, and the other goes to the other horizontally. Only the ones that are facing its back to us

really? I posted the sheet on Sprite Discussion and about 3 people said the eyes should be more noticeable and/or more exaggerated

Thats exactly what I thought, there's really no point of making those small little evil eyes if its not visible to the eye from a fair distance, I like the big eyes the most there's nothing I would change.
I also worked on your sprite a little bit to try to make the leaves less perfect as you had it with the deku facing away, and I made the leaves move a little bit when Deku walks.

I find this hilarious. Not in a bad way, just that I think this is genius and normally things like this are NOT genius. I like the way you redid Link, although if I must complain I would say the mouth is too solid. But the Deku Scrub is good, too.
@Mega Virus: thanks again, do you think I should do the same with nut spitting animation, I'm not really sure how much actual force they put into it

Also I feel like this isn't the M&L Legend of Zelda project more just a discussion of my Deku Scrub, is no one else going to try anything?

um I don't think its really neccasary, but it could look better.
What you might want to do to make it more nicer is make the Deku seem like when the shell just comes out of the Deku to have the deku look like he blew out the pressure he built up when he prepared to shoot the nut. jeese this will be hard for me to explain but here goes-
since your Deku would look really thin if you made it seem like he blew out the last of the air so what you might wanna do is when Deku just about to shoot the nut to make it bigger by width by each pixel on each side of the Deku but don't do it to the first Deku sub-image and the last one where he blows out the nut shell, and the leaves movement with this animation to make it nice you would need to raise the leaves upward including the front of the Deku for all the Deku's you make wider which means the center ones except the very left and very right side sub-image.
I'll probably do it myself later if you don't understand but if you wish to do it yourself and don't understand just ask me.
it's alright I was thinking about that earlier before I went out so I'll do it when I'm not actualyly reallt drunk like now lolz T%_%

Good idea, I can't draw or sprite when I'm drunk which is barely ever.
I pretty much threw my Link to the wolves now, and I'm not too interested in picking up another sheet honestly.

I'll see if I can round up some hands from MFGG.

God I havn't been on here for ages, I plan to update my deku scrub pretty soon though, so when I do I'll post it
I think this project has come close to falling through...
