I think most image hosting services got a resize option that sets 640x480 maximum size for forum images

I decided to add the other rules into this thread. People told me it was difficult to read all the rules due to being divided between sections, so I'm doing my best to unify them. If you have something to say, have suggestions or such, send me a PM.

Anyway, slightly edited the title for rule 6 (because people don't just request for sprites anymore), added rules 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 8.1 (I felt these issues needed addressing), edited the note below about requesting requirements, and made one other extremely tiny edit.
edited rule 4.1 to be broader.
Reworked rule 9 and added Rule 9.2.
They are called spoiler tags, not quotes, so I edited that bit to save some confusion and trouble.
EDIT: Also edited Rule 9 a tiny bit and corrected a typo.
More grammatical fixes on 9.1 and 9.2
I appended to rule 3.2 as is turned that it needs to be specifically stated.
I also fixed rule 8.1 to be grouped under its bullet point.
I added rule 11.2 to point out that alternate accounts are not only disapproved for banned members, but for everyone in general. Exceptions should be discussed with and approved by the forum staff first.
Added rule 3.3 after the debacle with Mario642.
Added rule 1.3 because posts that use alternate fonts or are written in different colours tend to stick out in a weird way. If someone doesn't like the default font, that's what the user style and user script capabilities on your browsers are for~
