The problem with the shading is that it's not rounded. The shading should be following the shape of what it's being shaded. Ball = rounded shading. It also lacks transitition bewteen one color to another one. Look at the ball guy and you can see that his shading has another color bewteen the dark blue and the mid blue same happens for the mid blue and the light blue.
Is there a specific sprite thats bad or are they all bad. Also some objects are like triangle and square would it make sense to shade it round.
No if the objects have regular shapes you shpae them in linearly. All the sprites have bad shading. You should fix them. This week I'm up for anything so I might be able to edit some sprites. Did you check your game topic I made the tiles.

How this? For the Beserker and Dragon Knight i just recolored the shades from the ball so they should be good.
Ok some of them are better but some are still bad this is the ones that need better shading:
4th guy, 7, 8, 9 and 13.
the 9th guy is ok the bow is not suppose to be shadded and the thing in back of him is also not suppose to be shaded the 4th guy is already published in the game so too late to change him.
7th i agree do needs to be improved the 8th i also agree but the 13 guy was just a recolor of the ball unless you mean the dragon which i will fix the dragon.
Yeah I know it's a recolor but the red I don't know why but it just look a bit bad and the dragon needs better shading. Point Blank.
Ok ill change the color of the 13th guy and reshade the dragon what about the 8th guy you dont like so i no the hat or the rope or both??
Both the shading seems off. Anyways could you post on my 1 month project? I really want to get some more C+C on the sprites.
