Let's just let the person who makes him decide.

I concur.
All of Gooey's smashes should be finished now:
I animated his Forward Smash too quickly, but you get the idea.
All of the directions for his Neutral B (Copy) move are finished, I just haven't animated the two downward directions yet. I'll post a progress sheet a bit later just to show everyone where I am.
Whoever can tell me the name of the enemy that inspired his Up Smash gets +10 Hypothetical Points.

How about a rep instead?
But, it's a Tick.
When I was younger, I got killed by them all the fucking time.

Very Wise as always.
No, see? You're trying to hard. Ask yourself: Is that post or will that post be useful to anyone? The answer is no; it's a wasted post. *That's* why people say you annoy them.

Here's my progress on Gooey so far.

Ding ding. I felt the reference was worth the risk of having Gooey show emotion.
I decided against giving rep because answering a side-trivia question shouldn't really effect one's reputation (under MOST circumstances).
Question, when Gooey uses his B, is there a delay so you can in put the direstion you want to use
EDIT: It's cool about no rep. I understand.
Oh, and update on Mega, he's coming along Slowly.
The B move is copy right. If it is can I make gooey hats.

That's a much better post.
Yes, the B move is copy, but the Dreamland series of games did not utilize hats; thus, because Gooey is from that Dreamland series, he won't have any hats. (My guess is he'll blink or something to notify the player that he has an ability)
I'll be the one to make the various B moves for him, as well.

Yes; if you've seen my animations for the move, you can see a small pause right before he actually performs the move (though, now that I look at them, the pause is too short). In the sheet, it's the sprite on the left of the five directions that he hangs on to give the user time to choose a direction.
Keep in mind *I* really have no control over exactly how long that pause will be; it's up to the user (the one who makes a game using those sprites) to determine how long it'll be.
I've thought of a character.
His moveset would include things like lamp oil, rope, and bombs.

WANT

No fan character in Fantasy Smash

That's not a fan character, it's the Shopkeeper from Link:Faces of Evil.
I will be working on a character soon.
SBW, keep him out of my Fantasy Smash.
