well in Viewtiful Joe for the gamecube PSP and other various titles when Joe unlocks his hero powers he has the ability to slow down or speed up time to defeat his enemies in slow mo Joe can do various tricks against enemies causing them to crash into other enemies and hyper speed he can attack rapidly to opponents and have a red aura around him so when he attacks he sets enemies on fire

for slow it slows only him down and strengthens his attacks. Mach speed is a dash that leaves a trail of flames for a second and makes his attacks fire based for about 5 seconds.

Okay now I see how the Side B works. And Lone B is kinda like a Falcon Pawnch or do I still not get it?

No, it slows him down and gives him a strength boost (as well as changing a few attacks) until you press it again. In a nutshell it scrambles his stats.

Okay. Now it makes sense.

I was thinking Slow could be his Final Smash, but Neutral B would be better; I think it would make him more unique.

In that case, would his Final Smash be Sound FX, or did you have something else in mind?

A FS involving the Six Machine would be epic

the final smash I had planned was six majin

I was thinking if I should make him darker
(Lucas and Ike used as height references)

His shirt needs to have more contrast, but the sprite does look good.

Go with the 4th one, but also get rid of the pillow shading on his shirt.

In other news, after I finish the Farore AT, I'm going to make KOS-MOS as a full character instead of an AT. Yeehaw.

I looked up what what pillow shading was (lol i'm such a newb ) and I see what you meant. Now I know what it is I'll try to avoid that...

Unfortunately, I just recently became an Earthbound fan and I don't know much about Duster except that he has the Rope Snake and the Staples, so I may need help on his moveset.
