It looks like Link. lol. For the slash you should give him a sword or another weapon or else that whole "slash" section is useless.

Looks pretty cool, the line under his head separating it from his body looks really dark when he's facing left/right.

Redid the sidewards walk and fixed some other minor things.

Although the sprites themselves are good I must say the character seems extremely uninteresting...

i know, you're right. It's a rather boring and plain character design.
Anyways, he's basically a 'modern' version of the original Link. :/

Whatever. I#ve got an animation of the slash with a sword.

(that flashing pixel in the sidewards animation (near the ear on the cap) is fixed, i just was too lazy to make a new gif.)

I like it. A lot.
