That would be Maria's theme from the Gamecube version. You were able to unlock this theme by buying it from the ChaoWorld Blackmarket for a few thousand rings. I'm just going to guess that the one for the Dreamcast version just uses the default background since I haven't seen it anywhere in the files. Same goes for the Secretary's theme.

On a side note I always found it hilarious how there was a blackmarket inside a kindergarten.

BTW, if anyone wants to get some of that music, go to Fastfeet Media. They're a better source for Sonic-related music than anywhere else on the interwebs.

And I hated how Tails's and Eggman's mechs jump so incredulously quickly. A bit too realistic IMO, since that's a pain to get them to land on small platforms right...

Don't worry I'm getting a full rip. City Escape is the next level I'm gonna rip anyways. I'll probably do it tomorrow since I'm putting up a few Pikmin 2 textures today.

But weren't the Maria (and Amy) menu themes from SA2B available at random...?

Amy's Theme is available from the start, just like Sonic's, Tails's, Knux's, Shadow's, Rouge's, and Eggman's. You have to unlock both Maria's and the Secretary's.

I don't remember EVER having to purchase Amy's Theme. NEVER.

If I recall, you can randomly find Amy, Maria, and Omachao's themes at the Black Market. The ONLY thing I could never unlock was the Secretary's theme because you had to spin the control stick around in the theme menu or something to get it. Gamefaqs doesn't even have an official method for unlocking it to this day!

Also City Escape wasn't up yesterday mostly because the sheet got corrupted when I was 80% done and there were 216 or so textures total. Needless to say I lost the will to work on it for the rest of the day. It should be up later today.
