At first glance I thought they were edits of his.
Actually...
They are.
...Please tell me you asked him permission first.
The sheet only says to give credit, which we will. But if he has a problem with that we'd be happy to ask him.
That would be to use 'as is'. I'd still ask him first out of common courtesy.

No problem.
dont ask me. they arent mine. arent those sprites from a pokemon game?
I'm doing Pika for this Smash Bros Project here,a nd this has been a bit of inspiration to work on it. Top one is better, no contest.
Grab the top one, animate it more fluidly like the new one, and you got a win.
Seriously, the new one lacks contrast, and is oddly shaped.
I agree with koi, and the top one has a more mystery dungeon-ish look.
Is this platform or rpg (overworld) style.
Palette from top + bottom pika + outline = awesome pikachu.

No, they are custom sprites made by JoshR, he has a topic in the Submissions forum for it.
I don't know why people assume "Give credit" means when you finally decide to implament it into your big project, it means to always give credit.
How bout this Narutard[nu]
Merge the Second set of sprites with the first set of sprite's style.
