Isnt Water Kirby suppose to be more clear?

Make him a lighter shade of blue

there more lighter

the head gear and some of the water moves kind of looking like ice...

and it is a bit toooo light make it a little darker but like not tooo dark

it's too light now
make it in between

Seriously, I thought it was just a recolored ice kirby, except for the attacks. The hat looks like ice.
