The VG Resource

We've recently been in contact with a few apparel printing companies, and we're interested in what the general thought of the community is on the idea of tSR coming up with a few t-shirt designs. Of course we would request that some members came up with a few concepts and such, as it's always been my opinion that community based websites are much more interesting.

RESTRICTIONS:
Colors: 4 colours maximum, as the more colours, the more expensive. The less colours to easier for us and in general, I may be able to knock the price down a bit.
Companies: Namco-Bandai don't seem to like people selling designs related to them, so try to avoid them.
Size: 8-10" by 11" - do not make a design that is covering the entire shirt. You can have a maximum of 2 positions, but they are not allowed to be attached.
Sprites: Must be custom. MUST BE CUSTOM. No rips.

The t-shirts would most likely go on sale for around $15.
All suggestions are acceptable - they do not specifically have to be pixel-art based!!

aside from the fact that kirby is copyrighted, I think this is a cool idea and would like to help

I've been informed that basically, anything such as this using copyright characters, can be used. Unless we are given a "don't use that" warning from the company that owns the character, then we're fine. But for the most part, they won't really care.

This looks like an excellent idea, I might make some material.

You should make a t-shirt with some kind of group project on it that includes custom sprites from some of the site's best spriters. It would go over the color limit but it would look awesome.

First posted shirt... other than Dazz's.

I'm not sure if using actual sprites from games is going to be okay - custom is fine however.
