GIVE TO THE POOR?
WHAT HAS THE POOR EVER GIVEN US?!?!
I need some C+C on the shading if you don't mind, I think it might be pillowed (but i'm not to sure)

And the coat isn't tight, I made it to look like the typical image of the stereotypical top-hat wearing rich man
And yeah, I might need work on the palette...

I think he means that the hands dont look like its in his pokets it just looks like he's missing a hand.
