For those tubes, you might want a gradient that's dark on the edges of the tube and that get lighter torwards the center.

Yes, on the sides. At least, they look like aeration tubes to me.

sword perspective is FUuucked as well as many other things but im posting this solely cuz idk how to make the sword/ hand work together.
