Pretty sure. I also found character icons for Petey, Hammer Bro, and Koopa Paratroopa.
Awesome rips so far, thought the shell would have made a nice av :]
Great Work,I love the beta rips.
Can you show us the Petey, Hammer Bro and Paratroopa icons? °o°'
Thanks for the compliments, guys.

Just added all the character icons.
Beta items = "New1", "New2", "New3", and Chain Chomp.
Beta characters = Petey Piranha, Hammer Bro, and Koopa Paratroopa. (Their icons were obviously unfinished)
I guess they took Petey out because he'd be too big for the bikes.
That is awesome dude, unseen information on unused characters, that's great
.....?!?!?!?! Hold up a second...! Tell me if I'm right about this:
The said "character icons" are the same images targeted for...
(1) Character Select Screen
(2) Trophy Results
(3) Time Trial Records
...can someone confirm if I'm right on this front...?

Correct.
I always like your rips, Girrrtacos. It's odd that Paratroopa has a
beta Double Dash icon!
The Wiggler and fireball icons were each used in one "Boss" Tournament/Competition:
- When racing Wiggler in Wario's Gold Mine, an indicator would appear on the screen when Wiggler was close behind you.
- When racing Dry Bowser in N64 Bowser's Castle, he would throw fireballs, which would show up on an indicator as well.
The grey shirt with the C on it appears to be an early icon for a Mii Outfit C.
And the Japanese ä»® symbol on the Chomp translates to
tentative, according to Google.
This is what I love most about sprite ripping.
You can find stuff in the data that you ordinarily wouldn't see.
