man, this is great! Love the character and animation. Though the lines on the hat kinda bother me. Maybe it's just me and I also believe the teeth should have detail or some shading.

I finally found out what's wrong with the hat (I had a problem with it too), it's as if the lightsource is moving. The shadows should'nt grow like that. Hrg

Also, if you look at the frames, they look like three different ghosts. Awesome.
