Tell me what you guys think of these portraits used in FF6.
Any person who's played Fire Emblem will find it obvious that I chose these portraits from those games.
I had to scale the portraits from a 70x70 resolution and reduce the colors from 60+ colors. I used "The Gimp 2" to scale the image to a 40x40 resolution, and I then indexed the image. I then implemented the portraits to the rom and further recolored/touched up the portraits with the rom editor.

So tell me guys, what do you think of the new FF6 portraits? *cross fingers*



Ah yeah, Cloud.
This portrait made the same way as the others comes from "FF7: Before Crisis"

I like Edgar's but Sabin's and Locke's don't look much like them. Sabin's hair is closer to Guile or something. And remember; Eddie and Sabin are twins. Those portraits look nothing alike.

Just any FYI to anyone complaining about how they don't think I should use Fire Emblem portraits.
If you don't think I should use them, then make me some portraits that look better than these and I'll consider.

Relms hair will probably be changed to Yellow on the portrait.

I script bosses, work on the over world, change the players graphics around, etc.
If a sprite is out here and looks good, I'll use it over my own spriting skill.

Hence why this website is even around.
People make sprites, submit them to TSR and people like me use them.

I made this avatar, and someone helped me with understanding a few things on shading and I finished it.

I like them, although I agree that Sabin seems off. He is too stern.
