THEN DON'T BUY A DSi OR A PSP. You got enough games to worry about now, save your money, or get a portable Xbox.

I do? Plus I'm not a fan of the Xbox.
psp if you hack = loads of snes and pretty much any old game plus ps1 and psp games for free

so i prefer psp? ds does have a better selection of games, best if you get a flashcard with it

why asking for opinions if you don't want to accept them?imo, get the DSi.

and fuck yourself Heart

PS: you're the kind of kid who would had buy a Virtual Boy. i am 200% sure about that.
I own both a DS, and a PSP.
I can safely say, I hardly use either of them.

PSP is good if you don't have to buy anything - the games selection is pretty scarce of games that I enjoy, and mostly holds host to good remakes of PS2 game.
I've played Dissidia - it's not worth buying a PSP for. Sure, it's pretty fun, but in the long haul... It's pretty basic, not really that awesome of a game once you've got over the whole FF characters thing.

DS has a lot of great games if you have not played them before - but truth is, you have a DS, you have DS Lites, so why buy another DS? That's just throwing money at Nintendo because you want a camera on a device you probably never use outside of your own house. Hell, I don't use either outside of my house except when I used my PSP for an MP3 player.

Truth? They're both worthless to me. PSP has about 15 decent games if that. DS has lots. But you have a DS, so why get a DSi? For a camera and some downloads that really are not worth the price tag for the entire DSi, and then some for DSi points.

There's my 2 pence.
Save your cash, and donate it to tSR Wink
Or buy something of use, like some new clothes, or a new game for your DS.
You got a flash card Dazz?
Since i got mine i have played my DS every day.
I didn't play it much before that though.
this guy is going to buy a PSP to play Dissidia and Kingdom Hearts. mean, why are bothering giving reasons to him when he's clearly not reasoning at all?

Ok I meant I didn't care about that whole ram expansion thing. Most of the posts here have been telling me to get a DS Lite, WHICH I AM NOT GETTING! I'm only acting like this because I want people to stop talking about the Lite. Granted they've at least talked about how they hate the DSi, which is relevant.

So let's get this straight: Just tell me which one you think would be better. If you hate them both, don't post.

And for everyone who says I should buy something entirely different, I'm considering a few other things, but I want to know what people would pick from these two options. Ugh...ok done ranting. I'm gonna go update the first post with this now.
I give up trying to reason with you.
Just go for the PSP if you aren't willing to get a lite.
Or go for the DSi and throw your money away.
Hey.

My little brother bought a DSi and I prefer it to both the original DS and the DS Lite so far.

But PSP has MGS Portable Ops.
And homebrew.

Soooooooo.
IF you don't get a DS lite (Apparantly) and don't want to waste money on a DSi, buy a PSP.
People have said this lot, and I'll say it again. wait until DSi makes itself worthy when it gets more apps and Virtual console support or homebrew. I'd keep your old DS or trade it in for a DS lite.

PSP is probably my best recommendation if you get it used and modify it. There some good games for the PSP out there despite the lack of huge library and such. getting homebrew for it is probably the best thing you could do if you decide to get one, you'd be able emulate console games with it from the old NES games, expanding the use of the console, ETC

buy a refurbished PSP; you can softmod it rather easily and once you do you can play pretty much anything off the memory stick

like GBA games
and uh, playstation games

playstation games, fullspeed emulation, on the go

c'mon

and if you don't wanna be a pirate that's fine, buy the games you want to buy (including imports that's also a reason to softmod lole)

see, I didn't know any of this at all. this is helping. of course if I do get a psp then I'll probably have a new thread asking how to do all the mod stuff cause i'm completely clueless on that. Cute
I'm not sure if we are allowed to tell you how to do it here?

Kosheh? You're supposed to be a mod Smug
