I think this animation could use a couple of extra frames. It's kinda jumpy at the start.

Do you mean the first pose needs another Transition pose before the Second pose? (In other words, by the 'Start' do you mean add another pose in between the first two?)

Yeah I figured he was charging. I'd say add a sprite between the 1st and 2nd frame.
