Alright, I'm going to start fixing Charizard soon
@ Chaoxys: More or less, you think the shading should also pull upwards (Shading less of the neck) because his head's no longer over-shadowing it as much, right?
@ Video_Pochi:
1. Are you just talking about the Shading on the neck? I based that off of the HG/SS Sprite's shading
2. I'll thin out the neck, just a pixel or two, since it's not way too thick
3. The Fly's based off of his Battle Revolution Fly, where the legs seem closer to the ground (Which is why the Body's Angled like that) [This is the only video of a Bellyzard I could find that doesn't use Substitute:

What do you want me to do with the wings, Thin them out? (The Artwork's Wings are spread out more than my Sprite's, and the left one's 144 Pixels long, the Body's Height [From where the Tail splits off to the bottom of his neck] is 113 Pixels. My Sprite's Wings are more folded, and the close one is 45 Pixels Wide, and the Body is 35 Pixels tall.
Also, I don't think the neck is too long, it's 26 Pixels long (If you count up to where it connects to the Head), the Artwork's is 66 Pixels long, Comparing that to the Body's (35 for the Sprite, and 113 for the Artwork)
Wing to Body comes out to: 1.27 (Artwork) and 1.28 (Sprite), Wing's 12.7% (Artwork) Longer and 12.8% (Sprite) Longer than the body
Body to Neck comes out to: 1.7 (Artwork) and 1.3 (Sprite), Body's 17% (Artwork) Longer and 13% (Sprite) Longer than the neck
It's pretty close, but I'll shorten the neck to raise that Percentage a little bit, and sorry for the long-winded post
