Oh god, I'm already feeling sleepy.
Nice one!
I've been noticing just now that whoever is adding these to the site isn't adding them in the proper section nor is numbering them. But don't worry, I fixed them.
Mareep is awesome. I used to have like 50 of them, though. But good job!

Oh crap, you're right, I forgot on the last few. Gotta get used to it.
well, if it's any help, I put the numbers in Parenthesis in the credit tag (it's a little convenience) Anyway, it's been a few days since the last sheet, so I'm going to try to make two Pokemon today...and maybe make the rest of the Hero (Male & Female) Trainers (I pretty much decided that I'll use the same base, since a lot of people would want a custom character), but if I'm going to use different bases(Which, like I said, I probably won't), I'll need a little help coming up with 6 different idle stances...
I finished Sandshrew:
How do you work so fast? Seriously, it's like, a new sheet every 3 days or so.
Josh, the way the frames look and the amount of them make me question how well these animate

Are you talking about Sandshrew specifically, or every sheet in the Project? Or even just the newer sheets?
If it's just Sandshrew, I've animated the Run & the Special Attack(Physical Attack is just a Running Dive, which is the entire reason for a Run/move animation):
Now, when I work it into an actual animation, it will look more like the Wobbuffet in my signature...or like the Surfing Raichu animation:
Basically, like all the newer Pokemon games, some animations will be made with extra 'stretching' frames...Oh, and a lot of frames repeat, and I usually don't put the repeats on the sheets (although, I should...), not counting the Run for the Four-legged Pokemon, which is kind of pointless to repeat those...
I think you should try to make things more fluid, your going for the fewest amount of frames possible >:
Look at the sandshrew run, it's kinda jumpy, and looks like you just edited one leg after the other rather than actually redrawing it (which would make the animation alot nicer if you drew each from rather than edited the one before it). Even the riachu one could use some more transition frames.
Well, Sandshrew's Run is a little Jumpy, and I'm just noticing that Raichu's Tail just skips to right under him...And I've stated many times that I try to keep the amount of frames to a minimum(old topic that's gone along with the old PT) but I did amend that (trying to keep them under 10 frames per animation[hasn't been a problem, but I've only done small stuff so far {Minus Lugia, which is going to be remade to be smoother, and much better}]), so I could add another frame to Sandshrew's running, and Raichu's Surf, and I probably will
...And I'll probably fix Sandshrew's legs so they look less edited in the process
Thanks for the crit Cshad, it's helpful, and this entire project is about me improving as a spriter so it's really helpful
Just a reminder to everyone, this project is under constant revision, so if something's really bugging you on a sheet, leave some (helpful) criticism, even if the sheet just got/has been on the site, it's not too late...But you guys probably knew that from the amount of remakes I've done in the past...and I'm kind of asking you guys to dig and see what's wrong, since most of the time, it goes right past me when I submit it...
Also, woo 500th Post
try speeding up Sandshrew's run. it seems a little slow anyways.
Why does the leg snap forward after being all the way back o0?
But it is looking alot better
fixed, again, since I forgot to change the foot to not be all the way back
