I'm thinking about making this the base sprite for the rest of the sheet

Nicely done on the bigger one, especially with the hair. Though the outline of the cap is a little bleh.

For the smaller sprite, I suggest making the sleeves a lighter shade of blue, or atleast highlight them some more because they just sort of get lost in his torso.
