I thought the pierot was French and palazzo was Italian, but never heard about a jester/joker being part of Spanish culture. At least it isn't yet another torero. Olé!

Spanish Joker is called "Bufón" or "saltimbanqui" but they weren't so popular.
Interesting rips, by the way. (The things these pirates do...)

O_O Kefka's last name suddenly makes so much more sense.

You learn something new all the time which is good enough for me, anyway:
Super Real Basketball / Pat Riley Basketball (Genesis)
Might as well rip what the Genesis is mainly known for in America, plenty of iffy sports games and the beginning of a trend of selling them every year like most consoles today.

I think most people avoid sports games on all systems.

Most normal gamers, it is.
According to most "alternative games" sellers on streets here the most popular games here are Winning Eleven and other soccer games, followed by dancing games and GTA. If they still make the games means someone still buys them, I guess

The only sports games that I actually bought were Mario Golf, Virtua Tennis and Sega Bass Fishing (let's just say that the Dreamcast hyped them two) since FIFA 2000 was found for free. I'm not too keen on them myself, the reason why I rip them is because sometimes the sprites look good. Over here, many gamers whether they are alternative, sport fans or even the vaguely normal ones buy the latest FIFA, it seems to be the only sports game that I know that people actually buy. I don't see many normal gamers buy golf, tennis (even Virtua Tennis), Pro Evolution Soccer, darts and other sports. In fact I don't even know why they sell Madden games considering like only 5 people actually buy them and American football is very niche.
Anyway:
Syd of Valis/Valis SD (Genesis)
Playable Character
Yet more crap, this game is terrible. Let's see: A poor translation (luckily it isn't Engrish) which is unfinished with wrong character names and still has Japanese in some points of the game, glitchy graphics, sprite flicker, slippy controls that makes Awesome Possum seem like Super Mario Bros. 3, collision detection is a bit iffy and ear raping sound. The only good thing is Yuko herself and maybe the art direction.
These three sheets I forgot to upload that are much better games:
Tokyo Disneyland: Mickey no Cinderella Shiro Mystery Tour (Game Boy)
Playable Character
Samurai Shodown (Genesis)
Backgrounds
Asterix (NES)
Playable Character
I couldn't decide which palette to use considering that the game was for the French market where RGB was the standard so I included both. Oh and I forgot to mention, it might be a while before I can upload more sprites due to something Internet related.

Very nice. Hope your problem isn't too serious.

Nice SD Yuko. You even included the dead pose of the invincible cheat code costume.
And the other sheets are nice too.

Well I thought it was going to take longer but at least I know roughly when all of this problem will get fully sorted which should be some point next week. Anyway:
Contra (MSX 2 [Other Systems])
Playable Character
I don't know the character's name since usually it would be Bill Rizer (or a variation of it) but the player looks nothing like him and while there is a manual luckily enough, I can't read Japanese to know the name.
(Update: Thanks to Deathbringer, the sheet has now been updated to reflect the name of the character)
Jang Pung 3 (Other Systems)
Playable Characters
Virtua Tennis: Mobile Edition (Mobile)

Thanks for that, I've updated it to reflect on your find. I still have a lot to learn, honestly.
Just one more until my Internet gets fully sorted:
AV Bishoujo Girl Fighting
Fighters
About half of her poses are unused and I checked thoroughly to make sure.

Hahaha, yeah. The official version is that the Famicom's CPU couldn't handle them all, same as with the Final Fight 3 NES pirate.

Well I'm finally back after an Internet company change so hopefully everything should be okay.
Art of Fighting (Genesis)
Enemies and Bosses
Captain America and the Avengers (Genesis)
Enemies and Bosses
The Yang Warrior Family (Genesis)
Playable Characters
Fatal Fury 2 (Genesis)
Fighters
I can't find anything else to add for now.
