I think he's not in the game, I've searched almost all files and no sign of him, the only ones left are too small to hold a character. So unless he's mixed with one of the regular enemies...

This game was pretty decent if I remember correctly, but far from the best FF. Have Ricard and Minwu been ripped completely?
