Starting tomorrow I'll probably start back on the Megaman Battle Network series while I work on some of the more major Characters like Professor Layton and other larger rips. Just something I'm gonna be doing so I can still get rips in daily.

For tomorrow's update, I finished one of the larger sheets from Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box, and based on its file size (4.8 MB), I was wondering what type of format it should be as (there are a few .zip files on the site that I have ran across, but I wasn't sure how big they should be for them to be that format).

There's no set rule. If you think it's big enough to warrant a zip, then go for it.

The reason for the gaps on the cutscenes sheet is becuase they are split up by chapter, the left side being the scenes that follow the storyline and the right side being the top screen during the cutscenes.
