Ok I changed the head a bit. I also noticed Big-Will mad a Ditto a long time ago and no one mentioned it. I admit I didn't even see it at first. It was too large and didn't fit the style, so I made my own version of Ditto. I hope he doesn't mind if I'm "stealing" his pokemon.
Imageshack isn't cooperating with me so I can't upload the new Golem head.

Hey, this is a message to everyone who's super-actively participating in the project. If you have MSN, please add me and get in contact with me immediately.
[email protected]
If you don't, PM me.
NOTE: One sprite does not make you an active participant. You have to have done quite a few, and check and/or post in the topic at least once a day. If you're unsure if you're considered an active participant, contact me anyway and I'll clarify for you.

I'm not an active spriter.
I don't even know if this will fit. It's an aviator kid. If it doesn't fit in, then that's alright too.
I basically picked colors from everyone. Only two of those colors are mine, I think. :^D

I think the knees may be too low
Looking at this Golem there is a few things you might want to take awy from it, obviously not it's shading because it's too simplistic making it a little boring. But look at the over all shape first. Golem has rocks that fit into place while yours are a bit, random. And this is probably a trainer Golem type hing, but they are not random in a good way. Golems rocks are lanted in ways to give it some depth, a little hint that the rock dos indeed continue on the other side you do not see. When I look at your rocks it looks more like they just kinda...end? Idk if that is the right word, but it describes the way it feels.
Speaking of the way the rocks work, they feel more like he was chipped off part of a cliff rather than had the rocks for around his body. look at the way the rocks just in random directions, it feels more like a craggy cliff rather than a ball of rocks. You can still keep the feeling, try giving it the same sharp edge shading while trying to round off the shape itself a little bit more.
Looking at Tyvon's style in general, this feels way to dirty. It does not feel like rocks, but more like broken cement chunks. I think it would benefit from being smoothed out.
The feet look like they are in a very uncomfortable position. Maybe try using the reference picture?
I understand that this is more than likely a custom trainer Golem type thing, but i would still recommend that you try to follow a lot of this advice, I think it would turn out a lot nicer looking than it already is.
Good luck~

And not to mention that the shading on each of the rocks is done virtually the same way as each other, without taking the general lightsource in mind. The rocks near the upper part of the head may seem fine, but the rest should be fixed at once. The rocks below shouldn't look that shiny, but instead darker, like the ref above.
Also, that bright line on some of them makes them seem like walnuts; remove it and make them flat.
And yeah, im setting up my Msn. A little late here.

Whoa, that looks amazing!
There might be too much of his left cheek (the one further away) visible, though.

looks very thin. almost like his ribcage ends, and he gets much thinner from that point. looks like he should be dead. sorry if i sound harsh.
also, about golem, idk why, but his right leg (on our let) looks a little akward. i think its too tall.
