It looks good, but I think the left arm is too long. Try lengthening the torso...

his head is massive and it seems somewhat cluttered.

Fuck this is actually pretty wicked to me, but I agree some proportions seem slightly off.
Arms mainly.

The head may be purposefully larger, but the arms are two different lengths. Keep the left arm that size and bring the forearm back, or keep the right arm that size and lengthen the left.

its all about proportions.

but i doubt you were aiming for something like "Viewtiful joe" or stuff like that.

Update -

Sorry about the slightly big bump but I made an update .
Made arm shorter and made his face look less cluttered.
The head size I decided to keep because its part of the style....and because I couldn't make it shorter without screwing it up anyways.
