I just started working on this. It still needs work, but here.

Here's an standing animation (lazy):

The entire visor should be green, legs are too yellow, nobody bounces like that, and not SHOULDERS enough to be Samus.

As far as technical issues go, it seems ok from a quick glance, but I'm not anywhere near what you'd call an expert.
its imposible to anyone to stand naturally that way having both feet pointing to one side.

also, the torso should be moved a few pixels back so it would actually match the pose of the hips.

as for the idle animation, said feet have to be fixed, so samus can actually bend his knees to do that movement.

Try to give the whole pose an S-curve. that certainly would help to make it look dynamic and natural.
wow... was someone living under a rock in the 90s? samus is a chick...

anyway, her waist is too small. It may be like someone said before and you just have to put her torso back a few pixels, but as is, it looks way too tapered off.

tbh the body is okay but either the shoulder pads are too small or the arm part connecting to the gun needs to be smaller

the legs suck though redo them
